HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
As soon as you know your date! Month such as May, June, September and October tend to book out the quickest, but depending on your date and season dates can book up 3-12 months in advance.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
How do I reserve my wedding date?
A signed contract and a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of 30% of the beauty total from the total amount due on your wedding day are required in order to reserve your date. Be please advised without these I can not reserve your date. The retainer will be put towards your final balance.
DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES FOR LARGE BRIDAL PARTIES?
Yes, I am so fortunate to work alongside very talented artists. I can bring in a second artist to accommodate any sized request. The artist are curated by me based on their professionalism, artistry and (most importantly) genuine nature.
DO YOU PROVIDE ON-SITE SERVICES?
Yes I absolutely do! All wedding day services are done on-site at your getting ready venue. Travel fees apply 20 miles outside of zip code 74145
DO I NEED A BRIDAL PREVIEW? AND HOW SHOULD I BEST PREPARE FOR IT?
I would always recommend a bridal preview. It not only allows you to preview what you are envisioning for your bridal look, but also allows us to meet and connect. For a more in depth explanation of the importance of a bridal preview and how you should prepare for it, please click HERE.
Trial can be added to any appointment, and are a great way to determine the exact look you are wanting, plus they are a perfect opportunity to get to know each other better and make sure that we are a good fit for each other. I recommend scheduling 30-45 days out from your wedding.
WHERE & WHEN DO TRIALS TAKE PLACE?
Trial run scheduling can vary, but typically are done Mon-Fri 9-6pm as my weekends are reserved for weddings.
All trial take place at 4118 S Sheridan Rd. Suite 109, Tulsa, Ok.
WHEN IS MY FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
The remainder of your payment is due 24 hours prior to your event date (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Amendments to services may be changed or removed within fourteen (14) days of contract signing. After the fourteen (14) day grace period, no services can be removed from the contract. If contract is drafted and signed within 14 days of event, no grace period is given and no services may be changed.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept credit cards (4% fee), cash and/or Venmo
DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE MINIMUM?
There is a four (4) service minimum for all Saturdays weddings during peak season (MAY-NOV), as well as Holidays. If you do not meet this minimum services can be done in studio or travel fee may apply.

What brands of makeup and hair products do you use?
All of the makeup products that I use are professional brands that were designed to give long-lasting results and photograph beautifully. I carry a range of products from different brands including Temptu Airbrush system, Charlotte Tilbury, Make Up For Ever, NARS, Laura Mercier and more
DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL HAIRSTYLING AS WELL?
No, I don't offer bridal makeup. I recommend all my brides to www.sampalmer.com. If you book with both of us we offer the convenience of having only one Trial Run appointment for hair and makeup.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ETHNIC/ACNE/ MATURE SKIN TYPES?
Yes, having worked with various makeup brands I was exposed to any and all skin types. My kit is all inclusive and can create the perfect shade for you!
WILL MY MAKEUP LAST THROUGH CRYING, SWEATING,ECT?
Yes, I use long wearing (and waterproof/resistant) products and seal it all with setting spray! The only touch ups you may need would be a little powder (if you tend to get oily) and a bit of lipstick.
I CAN'T GET READY AT MY VENUE, DO YOU HAVE A SPACE I CAN GET READY AT?
Absolutely, you are more than welcome to get ready at my studio along with your bridal party! Bring champagne, snacks and let's make it a party!
DO YOU OFFER AIRBRUSH ? AND WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AIRBRUSH AND TRADITIONAL APPLICATION?
Yes, and I really do love it. Essentially airbrush and traditional makeup is a way of application. Airbrush makeup typically using an air compressor to push foundation through the airbrush gun. Traditional makeup uses a variety of formulas from cream, to liquid to gel. In both cases, the application can be very sheer or build up to fuller coverage.
