Service Minimums
There is a four (4) service minimum for all Saturdays weddings during peak season (MAY-NOV), as well as Holidays. If you do not meet this minimum services can be done in studio or travel fee may apply.. If your wedding day services does not meet the four (4) service minimum but you would still like to book, you can book in studio.

Cancellations
All trial fees, deposits and final payments are non-refundable and all payments are due as agreed upon. If date of the wedding has changed, all deposits and final payments are non-refundable and will be applied when re-booked if we have the date and availability.

Additional artist
 Additional artists may be necessary for larger groups of 8+ or with with time constraints, these can and will be trained makeup artist that i trust and have worked with in the past. $20 hourly fee will apply

Securing Your Date
The first payment of 30% of the entire beauty invoice is a non-refundable, non-transferable retainers fee. At a minimum, the retainer fee fairly compensates Pure Belle by Mar, Mar Arellanes and Artist(s) for committing to provide the services and turning down other potential projects/clients.

Amendments to services may be changed or removed within fourteen (14) days of contract signing. After the fourteen (14) day grace period, no services can be removed from the contract. Full payment is due thirty (24) hours prior to event date.

Bridal Preview Scheduling
Bridal previews are only booked Mondays – Thursdays from 9:00am – 6:00pm. Fridays – Sundays are reserved for weddings (and family time).

If you would like to book your bridal preview on a Friday – Sunday, an additional +$25 surcharge will apply on top of the stated preview fees..

If you would like to book your bridal preview on a Holiday or a Holiday Weekend, an additional +$25 surcharge will apply on top of the stated preview fees.

The nature of my business requires me to put my brides first on their wedding day. Please understand that me and my Artist(s) reserve the right to reschedule a bridal preview that is scheduled on a Friday – Sunday, as those day(s) are reserved for weddings first.
